Holiday Park Information

RECEPTION HOURS – Summer hours 9:00am – 8:00pm October to March
Winter hours 9:00am – 6:00pm April to September. Our reception hours may vary slightly.

If you intend to arrive after reception closes please contact us during reception hours to arrange a late check in. To avoid disruption to our existing guests, we do not allow campervan/caravan/motorhome/camping arrivals into our park after 10pm.

CHECK IN TIME – From 1.00 pm (early check-in’s may be pre-arranged for an additional charge subject to availability)
CHECK OUT TIME – 10.00 am (late checkout may be possible but could incur an additional charge- please ask at the office if required. This is subject to availability)

PLEASE NOTE During your stay our units are not normally serviced daily, however towels and t-towel will be replaced every two days and bed linen will be changed weekly.

DOG FRIENDLY: Dogs are welcome in our park but must be included on your booking. Dogs are charged at $2 per dog per night. Dogs must be contained on your site and controlled on a lead when around the camp (except in our off leash dog park area). Pets must be accompanied at all times. Please clean up after your dog. Pets are not permitted in any of our buildings, accommodation or pool area. A fee will apply if your dog has been in the unit. If your pet is under a muzzling order you must declare this at time of booking. We reserve the right to ask you/the dog to leave if your dogs behaviour is dangerous or annoying to other dogs and guests or you are not being a responsible dog owner. A refund will not apply. Visitors pets are not permitted in our park.

VISITORS: Visitors are welcome to visit, however they need to check in at reception on arrival to sign in and pay the visitors day fee. Visitors are to park in the visitors carpark and are to vacate the park by 10pm. Visitors pets are not permitted in the park.

SMOKING/VAPING: Smoking and vaping is only permitted on your site/outside your unit, please be considerate of other campers. No smoking or vaping in any of our buildings, accommodation or shared areas.

QUADS/MOTORBIKES: These are to be ridden quietly from your site to the river tracks, not around and around the park roads. Parents to supervise and be responsible for unlicenced riders and it is recommended that unlicenced riders are to wear motorbike helmets.

The Rakaia/Ashburton area of Mid-Canterbury offers a wide diversity of activities and attractions.

From fly fishing and hot air ballooning, to shopping and exploring the local cuisine, there is something for everyone.
